Take time to read the first section of your child's planner, pages 1 to 23. Page 19 is the "Statement Of Partnerhip" - which sets out our intentions as a school and also what we expect from you as parents and your child.
You can also find information on the website under the section "Policies" .
What are the guidelines on uniform?
Information on uniform can be found on this website under the section "Academy Uniform".
Alternatively in your child's planner - page 11, "What should I wear", sets out our expectations for school uniform.
How do I know whether my child has homework set and is completing it and how often should they be doing it?
Your child will be aware of their homework timetable - ask to see it.
Homework will be recorded lesson by lesson in your childs planner along with the date it is due in. It will then be ticked off once complete. Help your child by checking in their planner what homework they have and making sure they organize themselves to complete it on time.
What if I would like to take them on holiday in term time?
Holidays MUST be taken during the Academy scheduled holidays unless there is an extreme exception. In this latter case you must apply in writing to the Principal (see contact details).
