Why did we get involved in NSSW?

We encourages every student and adult within the Academy to make a pledge to do more sport and get involved in National School Sports Week.  For example:

¨      Try a new sport.

¨      Achieve a personal best.

¨      Do more practice.

¨      Help others to improve.

The benefits of participation in physical education are far reaching, from the obvious health benefits to the development of key skills, such as teamwork, communication and confidence. Such skills help promote success in all areas of the students lives, providing them with the opportunity to unlock their true potential and aspire to be the best they can be.
