A good breakfast boosts your energy, increases your attention span and makes you feel good in the morning.
A poor breakfast leads to sluggishness, a short attention span, low work productivity, no energy and bad moods!
What can I eat then? · 
There’s loads of quick and easy choices—just keep it healthy!·  
Cereals—don’t add sugar though!·  
Wholemeal toast and jam.·  
Fresh fruit or dried fruit on cereal.
