On Wednesday 9th the Technology Department hosted an open evening to allow people to see the fantastic work that students had designed and manufactured during the academic year. Graphical, Resistant Materials and Textiles Work from years 9 through to 13 was on display. Catering and Hospitality was also represented, students had spent the day with the support of the kitchen staff producing a very high quality buffet they also served the food on the evening.

Work from the recent enterprise day, bird and butterfly feeders, glove puppets and animal biscuits were available for purchase to raise money for the Cash for Kenya fundraising. These proved to be popular with around £70 being raised on the night.
All students involved worked very hard and represented themselves and the Academy in a very positive way.
