On Thursday 14th February the Sports Leaders Team spent the day training towards completing the SL-1 qualification. This nationally recognised qualification develops the skills, qualities and characteristics of the students, enabling them to enhance their leadership skills.
The day was a great success, with the students were challenged with a variety of teamwork, problem-solving, organisation and leading activities. They demonstrated a very pleasing desire to learn and made excellent progress during the day. We look forward to seeing them in action again soon, as they put their new skills to the test planning, organising and leading an upcoming primary multisport festival.
