160 Year 7 students visited Kenilworth Castle over two days in October in an inaugural annual trip for the History department. Students visited the 900-year-old site as part of their work on Norman castles.
Year 10 Computer Science students at Northampton Academy have been building their computing skills with help from a team of IT experts Software engineers from Travis Perkins’ head office who paid a visit to share their coding know-how.

Students at Northampton Academy are today celebrating their A Level success, which has seen all those who applied to university successfully securing a place – including a record proportion going to top Russell Group institutions.

Official figures released on January 19th 2017 show that Northampton Academy has been rated the top school in Northampton and second in Northamptonshire for the level of progress made by students from leaving primary school to GCSE Level.
