After many weeks of hard work and GCSE exams the time has come to say our goodbyes to Year 11 as they leave us to have a well-earned break, then move on to pastures new. Our leavers were sent off in true Northampton Academy style in their autographed shirts.
The leavers' assembly was an emotional, yet funny trip down memory lane, many were embarrassed by their photos from back when they started Year 7, featured in their tutor group presentations on the big screen.
Performances from Matthew, Tyrese and Eliza were enjoyed along with a showing on the big screen of "This is Me" from The Greatest Showman.
We take this opportunity to thank all our Year 11 students for the hard work, determination and commitment you have shown and wish you all the very best of luck and success for the future.
We look forward to welcoming many of you back to our Sixth Form next year.
