Exam Information

All students who are sitting their exams in May and June 2027, must be available up to and including the last exam/contingency day on the 23rd of June 2027.

Exam Certificates 

Your exam certificates provide official proof for universities/Government or employers of what grades you achieved and can act proof of studying a qualification.   

If you sat your exams this summer and would like to collect your certificates, please email Jane Hawkins using the email exam@northampton-academy.org after the 8th December, to arrange collecting them.   

If you are enquiring about uncollected certificates from a previous year, please email Jane Hawkins using the email exam@northampton-academy.org.   

What to do if you have lost your certificates? 

If you have lost your Exam board Certificates you will need to follow these instructions to get a replacement.  Some exam boards rather than replace the actual certificate will give you a letter of certification.  This acts in the same way as the certificate, it is official proof. 

You need to know which subjects you studied and which exam boards were used and the centre number.  If you don’t know which exam boards were used or the centre number you could contact the Exams Manager, Jane Hawkins on exam@northampton-academy.org with proof of your identity for help. 

You will then need to contact the exam board/s for the certificate you need to replace and follow the instructions for the process that they follow.  Below are links to the pages for each board-
