Last week the Northampton Academy Year 9/10 rounders' team played to win as they competed against the NSG bunch. Our undefeated team thrashed the competition, finishing with a score of 22½ to NSG's 17. Teachers from both NSG and Northampton Academy pegged Faith and Harmony as star players, each scoring some impressive rounders for their teams. This is alongside Morgan who won player's player last week and continued to shine this week, whether batting or fielding.
Whilst this went on the younger Year 7/8 team played too, missing out only slightly on the champion's title but still having played brilliantly without being disheartened. Everyone described it as a good game despite the score and applauded the girls for playing so admirably.
