To celebrate World Book Day 2018 Northampton Academy have been reading 'The Phone Goes Dead' by Anthony Horowitz, this has been read in sections during each lesson throughout the day.
Free bookmarks were given out to students during lunchtime by some interesting looking book characters and book vouchers were exchanged for free books in the library.
A 'Matching Pairs' competition ran during the day with students matching books to authors on the badges staff were wearing, with prizes up for grabs.
