Due to its popularity, the Northampton Academy Art Department held the Year 7 Christmas Card Competition again this year.
Despite being a busy time of year, there were quite a few entries, and all of them were creative in different ways. There were also some brilliant, innovative 3D designs, as well as flat artwork.
Well done to everyone who submitted work. Congratulations go to Amalia A 7H, who took 1st place with her design of a reindeer and snowman for her excellent use of colouring pencils and content. Amalia received a £10 Amazon voucher, and her design has been made into Christmas cards.
Amelia R came runner-up for her great drawing of Santa and also had her design made into Christmas cards.
