On Friday, 18th November, our Year 7 Cross Country teams travelled to Abington Park for the annual Town Cross Country Championships. It was pleasing to see the students approach the event with such determination, motivation and desire to represent Northampton Academy so positively.
Both the boys' and girls' teams competed hard and achieved some excellent finishes. Our top performer was Josh, who finished in an excellent 7th position, securing automatic qualification to the January County Championships. Our top Team performance went to the Boys A Team (Josh/Alfie/Finley). They finished in a fantastic 4th position. Congratulations to all students who represented Northampton Academy on this occasion.
