Over the Easter break, fifteen lucky STEM students went on a two-week trip to South Africa. The trip was fully funded by the UK government's Turing scheme, which provides funding for international education and training opportunities.

A group of Year 8 students participated in the IET Faraday^® Challenge Day on Thursday, 18th April. Students had the opportunity to become real-life engineers for a day by researching, designing, and building solutions to real engineering problems as part of the Institution of Engineering and Technology’s IET Faraday^® Challenge Day.

During British Science Week, the girls from 7S were invited to participate in an event hosted by TechGirls and Konika Minolta in Balisdon.

Aston, a Year 7 student and author, visited Hunsbury Park Primary School to deliver a whole school assembly about his love for Astronomy. Along with his parents, Aston, who lives with ADHD and Autism, travelled to the school to share his inspiring journey with the children.
