Back in July, Eve, Year 13, was delighted to secure a last-minute call-up to represent England at the Junior Squash World Championships in Toronto, Canada. Despite the inevitable nerves, Eve had a fantastic tournament, winning 3 out of 4 matches in her pool.
Following these great performances, she was then selected to compete in the team event, playing all 3 group matches (Macau, USA, Japan) before getting knocked out in the quarter-finals. What an amazing experience and awesome achievement- well done, Eve!
Eve has now moved on from Northampton Academy to start an exciting new chapter, studying at Loughborough University whilst continuing her elite squash training. We wish her every success!
