Students from Spotlight recently attended an exciting trip to Performing Room, based in Northampton.

Performing Room offers multiple purpose-built spaces, each equipped with a wide range of instruments, technology, and creative environments. These spaces are designed to give young people the freedom to express themselves through music in a variety of ways.

Several rooms were fully set up for band rehearsals, featuring a complete range of instruments. In addition, there were dedicated rooms for music production and DJing, allowing students to explore different aspects of the music industry.

Students had the opportunity to experience all of these facilities, working both in groups and individually. This hands-on approach enabled them to explore equipment and creative opportunities they may not normally have access to.

The trip was a huge success, with lots of smiling faces and enthusiastic performances throughout the day. One student enjoyed the experience so much that they even booked their next birthday party at Performing Room!
