Information for Attendees
We expect a high number of visitors, so for everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask you to read the following information before the event.
Parking
Due to limited parking and to avoid parking problems on the day, we would ask visitors to consider alternatives to using our car park. We encourage you to park and walk, use public transport (buses stop at nearby Weston Favell Centre), or car share where possible. We have a small car park behind the school at the end of Birds Hill Walk, and our site team will direct cars there when our main car park is full.
Arrival Time
To minimise queueing, we ask you to have your tickets ready to be scanned.
If you have booked the 6.00 pm presentation, please go straight to the assembly hall when you have been signed in.
If you have booked the 6.45 pm presentation, please go upstairs to the Sixth Form area where you will be directed to subject stands or Careers and University fair.
We look forward to welcoming you.
