Michael Ellis MP, took time out of his busy schedule to visit the school and to give support to Mr Clyne in his campaign to get road safety improved in the area outside Northampton Academy.

To begin our winter STEM Primary Outreach series, we were pleased to welcome St. Andrew’s CEVA primary school to Northampton Academy to take part in the first of our workshops.  The pupils experienced two workshops delivered by Mr Swallow, Miss Duncan, Miss Saunders and Dr Fishwick.

We introduced our youngest students to Northampton Academy’s Careers Programme by way of an event entitled, ‘Guess Who?

To celebrate the last Breakfast Book Club before Christmas, students decided to take part in a literary spin on the Secret Santa tradition - by gifting each other a mystery library book, whilst enjoying mince pies. Lots of thought went into the book choices, and even Mrs Sullivan and Mrs Vince got involved.

To say thank you to students for all their hard work this year, Northampton Academy hosted a Winter Fair to mark the end of term.
