June is celebrated internationally as Pride Month, and here at Northampton Academy, we are joining in the celebrations of our LGBTQIA+ community. Our students, supported by staff, have worked tirelessly to put together one of the biggest celebrations of Pride our school has seen.

We were pleased to welcome Helen Schmidt-Joshi to Nucleus STEM as part of our lecture programme. Helen is a technical support engineer from Atlas Copco.

Following successful performances at the recent Town Athletics Championships, Northampton Academy had six students invited to participate at the County Athletics Championships representing Team Northampton.

Today, students and staff at Northampton Academy are celebrating after the academy was announced as one of the country's 80 Pearson National Teaching Award Silver Award winners.
