Uniform Bank at Weston Favell Foodbank
Northampton Academy is working in collaboration with Weston Favell Foodbank to support a new initiative to help families in our community who need help to access school uniforms.
The food bank has introduced a facility for families in need of support to have access to branded uniform items such as blazers and PE kit, in addition to skirts, trousers, shoes and other items such as bags and lunchboxes.
We need your help
To help facilitate this project, we would be most grateful if parents and carers who have any spare school uniform that students have outgrown to donate it to the Foodbank. Items should be clean and in good condition. Donations should be made directly to the Foodbank during their opening hours (below), not to the school, as we don’t have the facility to store them.
Donations of uniforms from other schools will also be accepted.
Pop-up Shop – Thursday 28th October
For families who may need assistance with school uniforms, the Foodbank will be holding a ‘Pop-up Shop’ on Thursday 28th October between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm.
If you cannot attend the Pop-Up Shop on this date, you can donate or collect uniforms and food during the opening hours below.
