Supporting Local, National and International Charities
This term each student will have the opportunity to use our praise system to make a positive contribution to a local, national or international charity.
This scheme will allow students to make an informed choice of which charity they wish to support.
The work and character values that students show in class and around school to achieve praise points will support this goal, linking to our Pillars of Virtue; Respect, Determination, Ambition, Tolerance and Integrity.
When ever a student is praised, they will receive a blue token, which they can place in the slot that represents the charity they wish to support.
At the end of term Mr Clyne will announce the share that each charity will receive, based on the number of counters received from the students.
This scheme will last until 15th June and there will be a prize for the year group with the most counters placed in the boxes.
